About Aija Candle Studio
Aija Candle Studio began with a simple idea: scent should make a home feel better, not overwhelm it.
I’ve always loved beautiful, thoughtfully made things and the way small details can change the feeling of a space. After struggling to find candles that felt both refined and gentle, I began creating my own — softly fragranced, minimal in design, and made with carefully chosen ingredients.
Today, each candle is hand-poured in small batches in London, Ontario using a soy-coconut wax blend, cotton wicks, and thoughtfully selected fragrance. Our wax burns slowly and at a lower temperature than many conventional paraffin-based candles, helping each candle last longer while offering a cleaner burn.
The collection is inspired by nature, memory, season, and atmosphere — bright citrus, soft botanicals, warm woods, herbs, spice, and the quiet moments they help create.
