Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information and delivery confirmation by email.

International Shipping

International orders are typically shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on destination, time of year, customs processing, and local postal services.

Most international orders arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks, although delays may occur.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Returns + Damaged Orders

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting us. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
