Wholesale Policies
ORDERING + PAYMENT
Our wholesale order minimum is CA$200, with free shipping on orders of CA$300 or more.
Orders are produced once payment has been received. Payment may be made by credit card, e-transfer, or another approved payment method.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, most wholesale orders are made to order.
LEAD TIME
Wholesale orders typically ship within 10–12 business days, unless otherwise noted.
For orders of more than 100 candles, please contact us before ordering, as additional production time may be required.
If you require your order sooner than our standard turnaround time, rush production may be available for an additional 25% rush fee, depending on studio capacity.
SHIPPING + LOCAL PICKUP
Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Complimentary local pickup is available from our London, Ontario studio. You’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Aija Candle Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive larger wholesale shipments whenever possible.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
SCENT SAMPLES
Local retailers are welcome to arrange an appointment to experience our fragrance collection in person at the studio.
Not local? We’re happy to provide scent samples by mail. Simply contact us with your shipping information and we’ll help arrange them.
RETURNS + DAMAGED ORDERS
Due to the made-to-order nature of wholesale purchases, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
