All Aija Candle Studio products are carefully inspected before shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges on used candles.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
